Committee for Matters Concerning Young Persons
The Youth Affairs Committee is a structural subdivision of the Academy in the implementation of state youth policy and is the main lever of student self-government in the Academy. The Youth Affairs Committee, in accordance with the established procedure, creates and liquidates youth formations and committees, approves their plans and regulations.
PURPOSE AND MAIN TASKS
- The activities of the committee are aimed at implementing youth policy and developing measures for its full implementation.
- Participation in the organization and improvement of the educational process in groups and in the academy as a whole in the areas of activity.
- Formation of a creative environment in student groups.
- Participation in the organization of research work of students.
- Participation in the organization and holding of Olympiads, scientific conferences.
- Participation in the organization of inspections, competitions in the following directions.
- Coordination of the activities of public organizations of the Academy on the implementation of youth policy, timely solution of youth problems.
- Interaction with higher authorities, youth organizations on issues related to practical and relevant solutions to youth problems.
- The Youth Affairs Committee is headed by a chairman appointed by the order of the Academy administration.
- The Chairman is personally responsible for the fulfillment of the tasks assigned to the committee and the performance of its functional duties;
- The Chairman distributes responsibilities among the deputies and coordinates their activities;
- The Chairman establishes the degree of responsibility of the deputies;
- When performing his official duties, the Chairman enjoys the rights granted by the administration of the Academy.
